Toby Doeden to host Town Hall Monday

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Republican candidate for Governor Toby Doeden held a Town Hall on Monday night at the Engels Event Center.

Doeden addressed his goals if elected Governor this year.  He started with addressing property tax relief for renters.

Doeden talks about South Dakota’s version of DOGE.

Doeden discuss a new state department dealing with external revenue.

Doeden addressed how his administration will help small businesses in the state.

Doeden told the audience how he would attract out of state entrepreneurs to South Dakota.

Doeden started fielding questions from the audience.  He was asked his stance on sales tax on groceries.

Doeden was asked how his administration would benefit the rural communities.

Doeden was asked to state an example of external revenue.  He talks about how South Dakota’s trust laws.

Doeden attacked Congressman Johnson’s stance on China stating the example of the Smithfield property in Sioux Falls.
