Kirschenmann says the heavy snow is limiting wildlife habitat.
Kirschenmann says they haven’t seen much mortality yet.
Kirschenmann says a late season snow storm would be the worst situation for stressed wildlife. He made his report to the last meeting of the Game, Fish & Parks Commission.
