U.S. Senate working on the next NDAA

WASHINGTON, D.C.(KELO)- The U.S. Senate is beginning work on the National Defense Authorization Act.

As it does, Senator John Thune took to the senate floor to urge quick action.

He says the threat from China is growing, with threatening actions close to home.

Senator Thune says if we don’t get defense spending right, the rest won’t matter.
