ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Brown County Fair Manager Rachel Kippley on Tuesday, provided an update on the numbers from this year’s fair to the Brown County Commission.

Kippley talks about how ticket sales were for this year’s Grandstand concerts & the Dacotah Stampede Rodeo.

Tickets sales estimated to total over $685,000.

Kippley next addressed Booth Rentals which she acknowledged is still rebounding from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Revenues from Booth Rentals estimated at over $118,000.

Kippley next discussed Total Vendor figures.  She focused on what came from Camper Rentals.

Kippley told the commission about some of the other Vendor figures.

Total Vendor revenue estimated at over $750,000.

Kippley talks about the Brown County Fair appearing to make a profit for this year.

All figures are still in the preliminary phases.  Official numbers should be coming out at the end of the year.
