Sioux Falls Police Lieutenant Andrew Siebenborn arrived shortly after a deadly crash that killed two young teenagers at about 6 Saturday morning at 18th and Second Avenue.
The crash took the lives of two 15 year olds…Milana Reeves and Eric Hopkins.
The five other passengers were hospitalized with serious to critical injuries.
They’re all expected to survive.
Lieutenant Siebenborn says speed was a major factor…but so far no charges have been filed.
