Update on Julian Beaudion’s candidacy for U.S. Senate

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Almost a year ago, retired South Dakota Highway trooper Julian Beaudion(Beau-Won) announce he would run for the U.S. Senate as a Democrat.  On Friday, he appeared on the KSDN Midday Report to update on his campaign.

Beaudion reminded everyone about his platform. Two things he’s focusing on is healthcare for everyone and improving agriculture in the state.

Beaudion has been doing town halls for a year now.

Beaudion was asked about his stance on the filibuster used by the U.S. Senate.

Beaudion discuss his campaign is for all people and not just for the Democrats in the state.

Beaudion will be in Britton Saturday for the Democrat Town Hall.  The main focus will be on agriculture.  He talks about what he will hope to learn from that.

The event will take place at 2:00 pm at the Britton Area Event Center.
