ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- The Aberdeen Police Department continues to investigate the shooting incident from Tuesday.

At this time, three people have been arrested in connection with the shooting in the 700 block of N. Congress. The three people charged are:

Jose Aguirre Rivero, 20 – Attempted 1st Degree Murder, 1st Degree Burglary

Yormelis Rivero Terrero, 46 – Aiding and Abetting attempted 1st degree murder, Accessory to attempted 1st Degree Murder

Alfredo Aguirre Matos, 64 -1st Degree Burglary
