OMAHA, N.E.(WNAX)- Continued dry conditions across the upper Missouri River basin are reflected in the runoff predictions from the Corps of Engineers.

Ryan Larsen with the Missouri River Basin Water Management office in Omaha had the latest projection on runoff.

Larsen says dry conditions have been observed across the basin since last spring.

Larsen says there is little snow pack either in the plains or mountains.

The Corps, in their first update of the year, said last year was the tenth driest year on record in the upper basin.
