VERMILLION, S.D.(WNAX)- The Vermillion School District is in the middle of another two week period of mandatory face masks. That was in response to a jump in positive Covid-19 infections.
Superintendent Damon Alvey says they have updated their isolation policies.
Alvey says they are trying to keep the learning disruptions to a minimum.
Alvey says they also have teachers out which is another disruption.
The state Health Department reported 657 active cases in Clay County.
