VERMILLION, S.D.(WNAX)- While the official groundbreaking for the new Vermillion Public elementary school building has been held, there are many more details to go.
Superintendent Damon Alvey says they are working with their first set of bids.
Alvey says they plan is to have the school board review the bids this month.
Alvey says they are hoping for several bidders.
Voters last year approved a twenty six million dollar bond issue to build the new facility, replacing two older elementary buildings.
