The 2026 elections are coming up on Tuesday.  Here’s are some information to help you out.

The vote centers that are being used in Brown County are the following:

Aberdeen:

Brown County Courthouse

AmericInn

Primrose(previous elections have been held at the Best Western/Ramkota)

Claremont City Hall, 606 6th Ave, Claremont
Columbia Legion, 102 N Broadway St, Columbia
Frederick Community Center, 403 3rd Ave, Frederick
Groton Community Center, 109 N 3rd St, Groton
Hecla Community Center, 206 Main St., Hecla
Stratford Community Center, 293 E Rondell Ave., Stratford
Warner Community Center, 11 W Main St., Warner
Westport Town Hall, 13 W Main St, Westport

In order to vote, you are required to bring photo ID to the vote center.  You can vote in any of the vote centers in Brown County.

The polls are open from 7am-7pm.  Results will be posted on the SDSOS.gov website beginning at 8pm.
