WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown Brewing Company is releasing a new beer Wednesday that’s a collaborative effort with the Bramble Park Zoo.
The Brewing Company’s Michael Heuer (hoyer) says the beer, called Bramble Park Koelsch, is make with honey from bees at the zoo.
Heuer says they made five barrels of the beer, which is available at Watertown Brewing.
One dollar from every pint sold will go to Bramble Park Zoo to help fund their new enclosed wolf exhibit.
Earlier this year, Watertown Brewing released a collaborative beer called The Phesantry, with proceeds going to the local Pheasants Forever chapter.
