ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- Beginning at approximately 8:30 am on Monday, April 29^th, 2024, water will be off in the following areas for fire hydrant replacement:

WATER OFF:

9^th Ave. SW from S. 5^th St. to S. 8^th St.

8^th St. from 8^th Ave. SW to 9^th Ave. SW

8^th Ave. SW from S. 8^th St. to S. 11^th St.

11^th St. from 6^th Ave. SW to 8^th Ave. SW

7^th Ave SW from S. 11^th St. to S. 10^th St.

INTERSECTION CLOSED:

8^th Ave SW and S. 11^th St.

 The Public Works department suggests that residents in the affected areas collect and store water for personal and restroom use.  This work is expected to last until approximately 5 pm Monday, April 29^th or until finished.  Work will be completed as quickly as possible.
