Watertown City Council adopt plans for their parks

WATERTOWN, S.D.(KWAT)–The Watertown City Council adopted a master plan for the city’s park facilities at their meeting Monday night.

City Manager Amanda Mack explains what the 250-page document is all about.

The master plan was put together by Stockwell Engineers of Sioux Falls. It was adopted by the council on a unanimous vote.
