PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- Dan O’s Marine Sales and Service is planning on shipping its operations to Fort Pierre.  Owner Dan O. Poppen says Dan O’s restarted in in Pierre in 2014 with successful service and sales to customers, especially those visiting the Pierre/Fort Pierre area.

Poppen purchased a lot just south of Chase Auto and R-V that will give Dan O’s more visibility than its Pierre location.

The new building should give Dan O’s plenty of room to grow…

Poppen is hopeful construction can start next spring…

Dan O’s Marine Sales and Service is based in Watertown.  Dan O’s current Pierre location is behind Shel’s gas station across Sioux Avenue from McDonalds.
