WATERTOWN, S.D.(KWAT) – The City of Watertown invites the public to attend the official grand opening and ribbon cutting for the new City Hall on Wednesday, September 10 at 10:30 a.m.
The event will include a program, followed by a ribbon cutting. Then guests are invited to walk through the main lobby, Council Chambers, and other public spaces.
“We have been in the new building for a couple of months. This event gives us a chance to officially welcome citizens to City Hall and share what we do here,” said City Manager Alan Stager. “We’re proud of this space and excited for residents to see how it supports the work we do for Watertown.”
During the event, visitors will learn what services are located in City Hall and more.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved into the Council Chambers.
