COLUMBUS, Mo. (WNAX) – The weather for the last weeks and month of 2019 could turn colder and snowier.
During the monthly North Central Region climate update, Pat Guinan, Missouri State Climatologist, says they see colder air filtering in.
Guinan says more moisture is also expected.
Looking toward the end of the year, Guinan says December temperatures should be about normal.
Guinan says the storm track could be active through the end of the year.
Guinan says the winter outlook continues to support the chance of above normal snow in the northern plains.
