WALL, S.D.(WNAX)- West River Electric Association based in Wall is getting a forty-six million dollar loan from the USDA Rural Development Agency.
Association manager Dick Johnson says its for replacement and expansion of their electric grid.
Johnson says the loan terms are good for their members.
Johnson says it will take some time to make all the needed improvements.
West River Electric serves over eighteen thousand members spread across about forty-five hundred square miles in western South Dakota.
