PIERRE, S.D.(DRGNews)- South Dakotans experienced a drastic temperature swing from Monday to Tuesday of this week.
National Weather Service meteorologist Scott Doering (door-ing) says parts of the state experienced a change of 50-some degrees.
Doering says a strong cold front moved through Monday night into Tuesday.
Doering says 51 years ago, Spearfish had a record setting temperature fluctuation.
Temp expected to be back above average for this time of year through the weekend.
