The Wolves recorded three hits on the day compared to the Beavers’ 12 hits. MISU took the lead early in the game with nine runs in the first three innings.

- After two scoreless innings, Minot State extended their lead to 10-0
- AJ Mendez found a hole in left field for a single and advanced to second on the next play but was ultimately stranded on base
- The Beavers added their final run in the top of the seventh to lead by 11
- NSU recorded no runs with three hits on the day, while MISU recorded 11 runs off of 12 hits
