Bismarck, ND (NSUWolves.com)  – The Northern State women’s soccer team was unable to take down Emporia State in a non-conference match, losing 3-1. The Wolves were the first to score with a goal by Lauren Youngquist in the first half. The Hornets responded back with three goals to take the match.

Aberdeen, SD (NSUWolves.com) – An aggressive offense led the Northern State women’s soccer team to shutout Minnesota Duluth, 2-0 Sunday afternoon. Sophie Taylor hit the back of the net early in the day to take the lead with Megan Fastenau sealing the win in the second half.
