Wolves Swimmers Dominate In Classroom

ABERDEEN, SD (NSUWolves.com) – The 2023-24 Academic All-District® Women’s Swimming & Diving teams, selected by College Sports Communicators were released earlier today. The program recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. Northern State University student-athletes Lilly Grebner and Haley Osborne were named to the NCAA Division II listing.

 

Grebner is a biology major holding a 3.87 grade point average, while Osborne is a chemistry major with a 3.82 grade point average. The pair led Northern State in 2023-24 with NCAA ‘B’ cut times and Grebner advanced to her second NCAA Championships, earning All-America honors.

 

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Grebner is among the Division II honorees moving on to the All-America® ballot.  First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 23, 2024.

 

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2023-24 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
