Marshall, MN (NSUWolves.com) – The Northern State University volleyball team faced off against No. 6 Southwest Minnesota State on the road Friday evening, ultimately falling 3-0. With the loss, the Wolves sit fifth in the NSIC Standings, one game behind St. Cloud State.

Sioux Falls, S.D. (NSUWolves.com) – The Northern State University volleyball team bounced back on Saturday afternoon, defeating Augustana University 3-1 from the Elmen Center. The Wolves grabbed their ninth league win of the season and improved to 17-6 overall.

  • The Wolves opened with a 25-22 victory in set one, however fell 25-23 in set two

  • The 92 digs is a 4-set match high for the Wolves this season and the 14 blocks land one behind their current season high
  • Abby Brooks led three Wolves in double figures with 18 kills, hitting a team leading .484
