YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The Yankton County Commission is interested in making more money.

Commissioner Wanda Howey-Fox brought up their bank deposits at the meeting last week.

Howey-Fox says they didn’t make a lot of interest income in the past year.

Commissioner Dan Klimisch says he would like to see the county work with all the banks in the county.

The commission asked for a report on possible banking options to come back at a future meeting.
