YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – The Yankton County Commission this week passed a resolution of support for local control.
It was sponsored by Commissioner Dan Klimisch.
Commissioner Don Kettering says sometimes cooperation can be more important.
Klimisch says the resolution isn’t targeted at any specific issue.
Governor Kristi Noem is backing a bill in the legislature that would streamline the procedure for ag developments across the state.
