YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The Yankton County Commission got an update this week on staffing and operations at the county 4H office.
Oakley Perry, with the state 4H office at South Dakota State University, told the commission about the staffing changes.
Perry says they made the changes due to the staffing provided by the county commission.
Perry told the commission that the state 4H office still supports local activities.
Commissioner Dan Klimisch was concerned about the ongoing costs of the 4H office to the county and the lack of state support.
