YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – Two long time lingering construction projects may finally see some progress.

Yankton City Manager Amy Leon says building permits have been issued for two projects at the Yankton Mall.

Leon says the projects have had some financing issues.

Leon says the city was limited in what could be done to move the projects.

The hotel building permit is valued at $5.6 million dollars, while the mall remodeling permit is set at $550,000 dollars.
