YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – Staying open during a pandemic is a big challenge for all school districts.
Yankton School Superintendent Wayne Kindle says they appreciate the help they have seen so far.
Many more students are being sent home with signs of illness this year. Kindle says it’s part of the rules they need to follow.
Kindle says they want to take as many precautions as they can to keep students and staff safe.
As of last Friday, the district reported one positive case at Yankton High School.
