YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The Yankton School District has about all their fall teaching positions filled.

Superintendent Wayne Kindle says they start the process early in the year.

Kindle says the applicant pool is fairly shallow.

Kindle says they do lose some teaching applicants to districts with four day school weeks.

The district hopes to have all teaching positions filled by July first.
