YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is having an impact on Yankton city workers. City Manager Amy Leon says they are dealing with more positive contacts and cases. Leon says they need public cooperation. Leon says they have to maintain critical services. The city has about 150 full and part-time employees.
