WATERTOWN, S.D.(KXLG) —  Early Friday morning at 2:27 AM, the Codington County Sheriff’s Office was advised that parole absconder 31-year-old Anthony Alden, of Aberdeen was possibly headed towards Watertown in a stolen vehicle.
