SD Dept of Health reports 3 new COVID-19 related deaths(1 in Brown County)

PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio.com) – The state reported 3 new COVID-related deaths, while active cases decreased & hospitalizations increased, according to figures released by the South Dakota Department of Health. SD House passes HB1004 which would not allow medical cannabis patients to grow their own

PIERRE, S.D.(SDBA)- The South Dakota House of Representatives passed HB1004 Monday.  The bill removes the provision from Initiated Measure 26 that allows for medical cannabis patients to grow their own plants.  Republican Representative Fred Deutsch of District Four was the bill’s prime sponsor.
