SD Lawmaker encouracging a raise to reflect on the inflation that’s in the state

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(WNAX)- South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem proposed a six percent increase in state aid to education along with similar raises for state employees and community health care workers.
