Sisseton woman sentenced for embezzlement

SISSETON, S.D.(KXLG)- The sentencing of Amanda Joy Quinn, a 42-year-old woman from Sisseton, South Dakota, was reported Wednesday. Quinn was convicted of embezzling funds of over $107,000 from the Long Hollow District of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate Sioux Tribe and was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Charles B.
