PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The South Dakota Senate Transportation Committee discussed SB135. The prime sponsor of the bill was Senator Carl Perry of Aberdeen who described what the bill does. Perry points out what the bill was correcting. There was no opposition testimony to the bill.  The bill cleared the committee on a 7-0 vote.
