ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen School Board held their final meeting for the 2025-26 year.

They heard from Finance Office Michaela Solum about making transfers toward the 2026 budget.

Solum first request a one million dollar transfer from the Capital Outlay to the General fund.

Solum was asked what they are authorized to access from the Capital Outlay fund.

Solum also requested using money from the contingency fund to put into the supplemental budget.

The School Board approved both requests.
