Hughes County Commission agree to increase rate for inmate’s stay in jail

PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- The Hughes County Commission has signed off on an increase in the fee charged for housing inmates at the Hughes County Jail.  Sheriff Patrick Callahan says he wants to bump the fee up 10-dollars.
