City of Yankton set to introduce ordinance regarding medical marijuana

YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Yankton City Commissioners have been working on a draft version of an ordinance controlling medical marijuana dispensaries. While the ordinance hasn’t yet been formally introduced, Mayor Nathan Johnson says one should be in place before medical marijuana becomes legal.
