PIERRE, S.D. (DRG News) – One of the two positive cases of COVID-19 reported in Lyman County involved the South Dakota Department of Health issuing a Public Health Intervention Order. Secretary Kim Malsam-Rysdon says of the 536 positive cases in the state so far, she’s only had to issue the one intervention order.
