Flags to be half-staff in honor of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

PIERRE, S.D. (Press Release) – Upon the directive of President Donald Trump, Governor Kristi Noem has ordered flags across the state to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, in recognition of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KBHB) – A Sturgis man has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for his role in the murder of his former girlfriend, Jessica Rehfeld.
