PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- Enrollment at the six state universities in South Dakota rose this fall. Board of Regents Executive Director Brian Maher had the report. Maher says they saw significant growth in one particular group. Maher says the universities are reacting to student needs. OMAHA, N.E.(WNAX)- A group called the “South Dakota Easement Team” has been formed to counter the development of underground liquid carbon dioxide pipelines. Spokesman Brian Jordre says he has been involved in pipeline battles for years.
