Members of Medical Marijuana Oversight Committee critical of SD Dept of Health Secretary

PIERRE, S.D.(KBRK)- During a hearing Tuesday, the state Legislature’s Medical Marijuana Oversight Committee scolded State Health Secretary Melissa Magstadt for her department’s slow reporting.
