Vehicle theft on the rise in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- Thieves agree…there’s nothing like jumping into a nice, warm car. Vehicle thefts are on the rise in Sioux Falls. Police Sgt Jessica Speckmeyer says the solution is simple. Police say most of the vehicles that are stolen were left unlocked, many with the keys in them.
