Annexation of Fairgrounds between the City of Aberdeen and Brown County now complete

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Monday’s City Council meeting, the council went through the final process of annexing the Fairgrounds with Brown County. City Attornery Ron Wager(Wag-er) went over the resolution.
