SD Dept of Health reports 2 new COVID-19 related deaths

PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio.com) – The state reported 2 new COVID-related deaths, while active cases & hospitalizations increased, according to figures released by the South Dakota Department of Health. Aquatic Center closes this Sunday for the season

Sturgis Police talks about the biggest issue dealt with at the motorcycle rally

STURGIS, S.D.(KBHB) – Sturgis police say open container violations were their top problem at this year’s motorcycle rally. Sturgis Police Chief Geody VanDewater says it’s due to rally-goers not educating themselves about how the city’s open container system works. The city allowed open containers outside for the first time ever this year. However, beer or wine had to be in a special event cup and was only allowed in a designated area downtown. Yankton School Board approve medical cannabis plan
