Arrests for drugs, aggravated assaults, vehicle thefts soar in Rapid City

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) – Rapid City’s police chief says arrests for drugs, aggravated assaults, and vehicle thefts are the highest they’ve been since 2012.
