Sioux Falls woman arrested following standoff Thursday

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- A 41-year old woman is jailed on kidnapping charges following a standoff with Sioux Falls Police Thursday. Sheriff’s Deputies were serving an arrest warrant on Summer Herman for a bond violation in an aggravated domestic assault case. SD Board of Regents add three states to their Advantage rate program
