House Transportation Committee hear testimony on highway safety

PIERRE, S.D.(KBRK)- The state House Transportation Committee heard testimony Tuesday on highway safety. Bob Perry is state public safety secretary. He said they’re still seeing too many motorcycle fatalities. Statewide, there were 1,792 D-U-I arrests last year — 202 came from sobriety checkpoints.
