Aberdeen woman receives 40 years in prison

Man identified in fatal Sioux Falls stabbing

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) – Sioux Falls police have identified a man who was fatally stabbed. Police say 25-year-old Dugan Francis Tobacco of Sioux Falls died early Tuesday.
