Aberdeen man who died in shooting identified

ABERDEEN, S.D.(Aberdeen Insider)- A 70-year-old Aberdeen man who died as the result of a Nov. 15 shooting has been identified. The incident remains under investigation, but Brown County State’s Attorney Karly Winter confirmed the man who died was Donald Heinz. The shooting was in the parking lot of the Aberdeen Family YMCA. PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- Last week the South Dakota Housing Development Authority awarded 19 projects a combined 19-point-two dollars in Housing Infrastructure Financing Program dollars.  Another eight projects were aided with 700-thousand dollars in Housing Opportunity Fund money.  South Dakota Housing Executive Director Chas Olson says 46 projects have been approved statewide so far.
